Who is The TopGPA Foundation?

The TopGPA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to developing open source software for education. TeacherCMS is our main project, an open source software application for schools.

Why do we develop the TopGPA application?

Schools need support from everyone of us. All the schools can benefit from our TopGPA application. We believe the open source community can support the development effort, and make the TopGPA application widely adopted by our schools.

Why for schools?

Our schools are facing ongoing budget crisis. Lack of budget has prevented schools from adopting technology to empower the education. Our open source community can help to minimize the impact caused by the budget crisis.

Why do we offer TopGPA application for free?

The TopGPA application is developed by the open source community. By making the application open source, we encourage open source community to further develope the application for servicing the needs of our schools. The Foundation will provide all the financial support for the TopGPA project.
