The TopGPA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that develops free software for the purpose of advancing education.
Our main software project is TeacherCMS, an open source internet application that enables educators to create websites that
bring the classroom into cyberspace.

The TopGPA Foundation is committed to providing free software to low-income and underperforming school districts. The
organization understands the extent to which budget cuts have adversely impacted districts with limited resources. We see it as
our mission to close the gap between well-funded and poorly funded districts in order to eliminate technologically oriented
disparities in education.
